We have a variety of software and hardware configurations for an ideal channel.

Hardware

We don’t want you to spend any money. Your laptop camera and microphone are sufficient to get started.

That said, enhanced production equipment always helps!

Some of the top equipment we see creators using are:

Software

There are a variety of streaming engines you can choose. We recommend Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) for its flexibility and cost (FREE). But you can easily work with any other platform such as:

• Streamlabs (great for mobile)

• Restream

Widgets & Tools

On OBS, we recommend two apps to enhance your production:

• Aitum Multistream (Setup Instructions)
• Ninja VOD (Setup Instructions)

Once you are set up in your streaming engine, you have endless choices for your screen setup (full screen; split screen; picture in picture).
